Dr. Davis is a welcome wave of positive energy when it comes to my dental needs. In fact, the whole office appears to be very patient focused, and it's a huge breath of fresh air (no pun intended). I literally sat down and had something happen that I'd never had happen before - I had everything explained to me. This awesome hygienist Ashley walked me through everything that Dr. Davis had came up with during the most thorough examination I've ever had. Ashley is very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to a mere dental mortal like myself AND answer my questions. She wanted to make sure I, a dental noob, understood and was very patient. Don't get me wrong, everything is not delegated and Dr. Davis just exits stage right. What I see is a team throughout the whole office that is really in its groove and part of a team.EVEN cooler is that Dr. Davis is referring me to an endontist and a periodontist for consults, the 3 of them are going to talk, and then Dr. Davis is going to hatch a plan and give me options! Yes, options. No "specialist silos". Options, and we're talking everybody communicating on my behalf, not pretending it's all voodoo, and out of it will come an all encompassing plan. No narrow focus on a cavity here, crown there and then down the road I'll be wondering why I spent so much money when we should've just done X.I'm not a very trusting person - more a trust but verify. I trust Dr. Davis and crew 100% at this point and highly recommend them.
